We have a passion for wood-working that is readily seen in the quality of our finished work and the response we get from our clients when they install their timbers on-site. When you work with us, we guarantee you can take the concerns, about how to handle the Timber Work off your plate - so you can focus on managing the other details of your building project.

We specialize in providing design and assembly of hand-cut, custom timber frames for interior and exterior residential and commercial projects throughout the Rocky Montains. Our areas of expertise include 3D computer design services and custom millwork for timber frame projects. We deliver your project outstanding value through fine handcrafted quality, hands-on experience and commitment to on-time delivery.

Owner Eric Seelig brings 10 years of hands-on experience in timber joinery and timber wood framing construction. Eric is personally involved in the design, cutting, and assembly of every Three Elements frame project.

Our emphasis is on customer service in each aspect of our business, from preparing accurate bids and estimates to responding to contractor questions. As Eric says: “We bring a ‘can do’ attitude to every project - and the ability to anticipate and solve potential issues before they become problems."

All of our structural timbers are graded and stamped for quality. Our diversity in design capability carries over to our use of a diversity of wood materials and support system. Whether it's Douglas Fir, Oak, Cedar or any of a wide variety of reclaimed timbers we can provide the frame you want, constructed with the materials you want. If logs are more your style we are fully capable of building your trusses with those design elements as well.

As craftsmen we keep up with new methods and joinery techniques through active association memberships, continuous staff training and sharing hands-on experience among our craftsmen. We belong to the North American Timber Framers Guild and the Timber Framers Business Council.
